Always stay at The Den 23! No regrets. Staff found my lost jewel during my first stay. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Outdoor dining, Restaurant. Coming back for trip.

The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, which was great for my midnight cravings and constant need for assistance. The concierge service was extremely helpful in organizing my chaotic itinerary, and the ticket service saved me from waiting in long queues. Plus, they provided free WiFi. with a limit, of course.

The staff was available 24/7, like they have no life outside the hotel. The airport was conveniently close, so it couldn't get easier to leave this place.

The constant attention and convenience were just too much to handle, I almost forgot how to take care of myself.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a well-equipped common kitchen area. The friendly Sri Lankan staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and guests can enjoy free coffee and tea. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the high-rise skyline, providing privacy and comfort.

One downside is that the internet is only available on the floor/room and not on the rooftop.

I also had the opportunity to meet other travelers and make new friends during my stay. I highly recommend Den 23 for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Colombo. The 24-hour front desk was great, I could pester them at all hours. And the airport transfers were so fun, I got to experience the thrill of being stuck in traffic twice!

Oh, it was just delightful to ask the same question multiple times because the staff couldn't communicate. So efficient!
